While most children anxiously anticipate gifts and gatherings during the holiday season, many in foster care face the holidays feeling forgotten. At Fostering Hope, we believe every child deserves to experience the magic of the season. Through a thoughtfully chosen gift stuffed to the rim, we offer more than just a present—we deliver a powerful message of hope, belonging, and the reminder that they matter.

The holiday season is often filled with joy, warmth, and tradition—but for many youth living in foster care and residential treatment centers, it can be a painful reminder of everything they’ve lost. While others gather with loved ones and exchange gifts, these young people often face the season feeling forgotten and left out of the celebrations that bring connection and comfort.
Fostering Hope’s Holiday Giving Program ensures that youth in care experience the joy and dignity of being remembered. Through generous community support, we provide personalized holiday gifts tailored to each youth’s interests and wishes. These thoughtfully selected items—delivered with care and compassion—offer more than just a present. They are powerful reminders that someone sees them, values them, and believes they are worthy of celebration. Last year, we brought holiday joy to over 500 youth across Northeast Ohio, turning moments of loneliness into memories filled with hope and love.
Make a Child’s Wish Come True
Every youth deserves to feel the magic of the holidays, and you can make that happen! Through our Holiday Giving Program, individuals, corporations, and community groups can adopt a child in need and make their holiday wishes come true.
Here’s how it works:
🎄 You’ll receive a child’s wish list with items they’ve dreamed of.
🛍️ You shop for the items and deliver them to our warehouse by first week of December.
